The Human Resources Department is responsible for the policies, programs and procedures that enable each department to meet their service delivery responsibilities. The HR department is responsible for all hires, terminations, evaluations and record keeping as it pertains to personnel information. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager also serves as the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Coordinator. The HR Department also assist citizens with Limited English Proficiency, by coordinating the services of a translator upon request.The HR Department helps department directors effectively manage the county’s human capital and to comply with new and existing legal requirements.
